Existing air-emissions controls include low-NOx burners, separated overfire air, and selective catalytic reduction for NOx. Historical coal-unit controls include electrostatic precipitators, flue-gas desulfurization, and dry injection for particulate matter, SO2, and sulfuric-acid-mist control.

DEP materials identify control systems. Because the plant has converted to natural gas, retrieved documents do not establish which coal-specific controls remain routinely operated after conversion.
