The plant comprises four generators: a 460 MW petroleum-liquids steam turbine (Unit 1, first operated July 1975) and three 60.5 MW petroleum-liquids combustion turbines (Units 2–4, first operated June 2012). All units are dual-fuel capable, firing residual fuel oil, distillate fuel oil, kerosene, and natural gas.
