The Title V record identifies Salem emergency diesel generators (U40), the Salem circulating-water boiler (U41), emergency generators and fire-pump equipment (U42, U43, U44) as regulated emission units. The broader facility permit also identifies a cooling-tower drift eliminator as a control device, but that cooling tower is assigned to Hope Creek and is not attributed to Salem.
