Samson Solar Energy III is a 250 MW photovoltaic facility in Lamar County, Texas. EIA's May 2026 inventory lists one operating generator under Plant ID 63883, with service beginning in November 2022 and Invenergy Services LLC as the registered operator. The project is the third stage of Invenergy's five-phase Samson Solar Energy Center. Public totals above 1.3 GW and commercial arrangements announced for other Samson stages are complex-level or phase-specific and are not attributed to Samson III.
