ENGIE describes the project as a long-term owned and operated 250 MW ERCOT asset and reports operation since 2023. A Texas regulatory filing identifies Hopkins Energy LLC as an indirect ENGIE subsidiary and Oncor as the interconnection counterparty. The different operation dates are retained with their source scopes rather than collapsed into one date.
