Tenaska Gateway Generating Station

Tenaska Gateway Generating Station is a four-generator natural-gas combined-cycle facility near Long Branch in Rusk County, Texas. EIA's May 2026 inventory reports 939.6 MW nameplate, 826 MW net summer, and 921 MW net winter capability across three combustion turbines and one steam turbine, all with July 2001 operating months. Tenaska's current fleet page uses a separate 845 MW company rating and says the plant supplies both ERCOT and SPP.
