Battery Storage Net OutputCAISO · 5-minute	Observed five-minute net output from standalone and hybrid battery storage across the CAISO footprint. The total supply_mw field is positive when batteries are discharging into the grid and negative when they are charging from the grid; standalone_batteries_mw and hybrid_batteries_mw are components of that total, not additional generation to add on top. This is the live operating series published in CAISO Today's Outlook, not nameplate capacity or state of charge.
Renewable Generation ForecastCAISO · 5-minute RTD and hourly DAM	CAISO wind and solar forecasts by trading hub and market run. event_time is delivery time and source_time is publication time. Historical forecast-error analysis must use the last source_time at or before delivery; using a later revision introduces hindsight.
Renewables ActualsCAISO · hourly	Hourly renewable generation actuals for the CAISO footprint, broken out by renewable resource type such as solar and wind. This dataset shows how much renewable output was physically contributing to the California grid in each hour, making it central to net-load analysis and to understanding ramps around sunrise and sunset. Paired with actual load and real-time prices, it helps explain when renewable production is easing supply conditions or when falling output is creating evening ramp pressure. The public source is CAISO Today's Outlook.
Behind-the-Meter Solar ActualNYISO · hourly	NYISO estimated behind-the-meter solar output by load zone and a published SYSTEM total at hourly resolution. NYISO releases each completed operating day on the following day, so this is a published completed-day estimate rather than a live meter reading.
