Overview

Hourly settled energy over each of Mexico's international links (to ERCOT, CAISO, IID, APS, Guatemala and Belize) for the mainland and Baja California: commercial, inadvertent, reliability and legacy-contract imports and exports, and their totals.

Query contract

Preserve one canonical row per (event_time, system, settlement, link) before aggregating.

Analysis rules

  • Take the highest settlement per (event_time, system, link): argMax(value, settlement).
  • Net import = import_total_mwh - export_total_mwh. Links are named as CENACE names them (BROWNSVILLE, TIJUANA - OTAY MESA).

Interpretation

  • Baja California Sur has no international link and no rows. Values are MWh per hour.
