Operating 153.9 MW solar photovoltaic facility in Gloucester County, Virginia, comprising EIA generators CARV (54.9 MW, operating August 2024) and CARV2 (99 MW, operating December 2025). The facility uses approximately 550,000 bifacial photovoltaic panels installed on single-axis trackers across approximately 1,787 acres. It interconnects at Dominion Energy's 115 kV Owl Trap Switching Station and is operated by Carvers Creek, LLC under the PJM balancing authority. The project has long-term power purchase agreements with Amazon and Starbucks.
