Operating 155.6 MW solar photovoltaic facility at 10045 Mill Swamp Road, Smithfield, Virginia, in Isle of Wight County. It interconnects through a 500 kV transmission connection to Dominion Energy Virginia's Septa Substation. Kiewit engineered, procured, constructed, tested, and commissioned the 500/34.5 kV collector substation and associated 16 circuit-miles of 34.5 kV overhead collector line. The facility is operated by AES Clean Energy and participates in the PJM wholesale electricity market as an independent power producer.
