Coyote Springs (TX) is a 9.9 MW battery storage facility located in Reeves County, Texas at 814 CR 411, Pecos, Texas 79772. The plant is owned by HEN Infrastructure, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company and indirect subsidiary of Hunt Consolidated, Inc., John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A.), and Manulife Infrastructure II Holdings A, L.P. Hunt Energy Network, L.L.C. develops and operates the facility. The resource is interconnected to Texas-New Mexico Power Company (TNMP) transmission and distribution service and participates in ERCOT West. Commercial operation began on June 2, 2022.
