CPV Rogue's Wind, LLC is a 114 MW onshore wind turbine plant in Cambria County. CPV Rogue’s Wind is a 114 MW wind facility in Cambria and Clearfield Counties, Pennsylvania, built on reclaimed former coal mine land covering over 6,000 acres. It uses 19 Vestas V-162 turbines and was constructed by White Construction. CPV Renewable Power and Harrison Street Asset Management announced the start of commercial operations in July 2026, with tax equity financing from U.S. Bank. The project is CPV’s third operating project in Cambria County.
