Eagle Point Power Generation
Operating natural-gas-fired combined-cycle generating facility in Westville, Gloucester County, New Jersey, with four generators totaling 251.8 MW: two 90 MW gas turbines (GTG1, GTG2) and two steam turbines of 45 MW (STG1) and 26.8 MW (STG2). The facility began operation in November 1990, initially as a cogeneration plant supplying steam to the adjacent Eagle Point refinery. After the refinery ceased operations in October 2009, the facility switched to primarily combined-cycle mode and now sells capacity and energy into the PJM market at the EAGLEGEN 13 KV EGLE GEN node.
