Estonian Solar Project, LLC

Estonian Solar Project, LLC is a utility-scale solar-plus-storage hybrid facility located in Delta County, Texas, within the ERCOT balancing area. The project comprises a 204.5 MW solar photovoltaic generation unit with single-axis tracking and bifacial modules, paired with a 100 MW lithium-ion battery energy storage system, for 304.5 MW combined nameplate capacity. Enel North America, through its renewable-energy subsidiary Enel Green Power North America, developed, built, and operates the facility. The facility began operations in February 2025 with staggered unit commissioning. The project is supported by power purchase agreements with BXP, Inc. for 21 MW and with Capri Holdings Limited. Expected annual generation is approximately 499 GWh.
