Minonk Wind Farm is a 200 MW onshore wind facility located in Woodford County, Illinois, near Minonk. Expected annual energy production is approximately 673.7 GWh. Power is sold under a 10-year primary energy production hedge with J.P. Morgan Energy Ventures Corporation, with ancillary services (capacity and renewable energy credits) sold into the PJM market. Operations, maintenance, and warranty services are provided under a 20-year agreement with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy. Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. acquired a 60% interest in December 2012 and acquired the remaining 40% interest in March 2014, making it the full owner.
