Operating 240 MW solar photovoltaic facility in Spotsylvania County, Virginia, using single-axis tracking crystalline-silicon photovoltaic arrays and no energy storage. Together with Pleinmont Solar 1, it was subject to Microsoft's 315 MW energy purchase agreement announced in March 2018.
