The 69 kV AC connection from Brownsville Switching Station to CFE's Matamoros network. DOE's PP-425 identifies it separately from the 138 kV Military Highway line. ERCOT's network manual describes the normally open line as an emergency block-load tie, so a zero or absent continuous market flow must not be treated as a missing operating facility. The marker is at the mapped U.S. station, not the river crossing.
