CyrusOne is a Dallas-headquartered owner, developer and operator of data centers serving hyperscale and enterprise customers. It operates more than 60 data centers across North America, EMEA and APAC and was taken private by KKR and Global Infrastructure Partners.

CyrusOne reports 60+ operational data centers and 50+ in development across 9 countries, with 16.2 million square feet of data center space and 1+ GW of power capacity. In the U.S. its sites include Chandler, Arizona; Aurora, Illinois; Sterling, Virginia; Quincy, Washington; the New York metro (Norwalk, Somerset, Totowa and Wappingers Falls); and Texas markets including Carrollton, Lewisville, Allen, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. It also lists Cincinnati-area sites, Durham, North Carolina and Council Bluffs, Iowa.

- In November 2021 CyrusOne agreed to be acquired by KKR and Global Infrastructure Partners for $90.50 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $15 billion, including the assumption of debt, and the buyers later closed the acquisition. The company offers build-to-suit, hyperscale, AI data center (Intelliscale) and colocation solutions.
- Power and sustainability
- CyrusOne's main climate target is its Climate Neutral by 2030 commitment, with near-term targets validated by the Science-based Targets Initiative. It says it achieved climate neutrality for its European operations in 2021 by procuring 100% renewable energy and purchasing carbon offsets for the remaining 1% of carbon, and is a founding member of the Climate Neutral Data Centre Pact.
