Weather Grid (ERA5 + Forecast)

Hourly weather on a regular 0.25° lat/lon grid over the ERCOT footprint (~2,385 cells) — 2 m temperature (temperature_2m_c), precipitation (precipitation_mm), and 10 m wind (wind_speed_10m_ms / wind_direction_10m_deg). ERA5 reanalysis history back to 2017 plus a near-real-time forecast tail (~2 days out). Each row is one grid cell at one hour; location_id = era5_<lat>_<lon>, with latitude/longitude columns to join spatially (nearest cell) to zones, plants, or settlement points.
